A valued and trusted leader who has been part of our care team for almost a decade, Andrew brings an assured dedicated focus to his role as operations manager. Having worked in various industry sectors, he brings a unique understanding of what it takes to create a fulfilling and supportive customer and employee experience.

LUCINDA DI GIULIO

HR Manager

A trusted People leader and connector, passionate about strategic partnering to deliver high value across the entire employee lifecycle. Lucinda comes from a background of both government and care work, always around the health industry and in roles facilitating internal culture and employee growth.

JOANNE WANG

Head of Quality​

Recognised as an emerging and award-winning national leader in the aged care sector, Joanne brings extensive experience from roles in Registered Nursing, Quality & Clinical Management and COVID response in both community and residential aged care. Her passion is in embedding strong quality practices in the day-to-day operations of care businesses to drive changes and improve clients’ and staff’s experiences.

JOEL HAMILTON

Finance Manager​

A highly motivated business professional, striving for excellence and passionate about working with like-minded people to achieve business results. Joel uses his accounting and commercial experience to identify opportunities and drive business outcomes having formally come from various accountancy-related positions to now manage finance in care.

MATTHEW BOLAND

Marketing Manager

Matthew comes from more than a decade of experience in care, having previous roles as Marketing Coordinator and leader. He started his career as a disability support worker so understands first hand client and industry needs in care.

Talent Acquisition Manager

Natasha is a highly experienced and self-motivated talent acquisition manager with a passion for helping individuals find fulfilling work. With a diverse background that spans multiple industries, roles, and locations, she brings a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge to her role.
