For the past two years I have been the General Practitioner for some clients of SAI Home and Community Care. During this time I have found the care staff and clinical coordination provided by SAI Home and Community Care to be above average standard. In my experience, their knowledge, level of care and expertise, at all times has been beyond reproach.

In my role as physiotherapist, I have provided professional services to clients of SAI Home and Community Care incorporating assessments, reviews, care plans and visits within the client’s home setting. On a professional level, I have found liaising with case managers, carers and management staff at SAI to be of an outstanding level of understanding and assistance at all time. I would be happy to recommend SAI Home and Community Care as providers of quality, professionally trained, customer focused care and assistance.

On behalf of Community Support Frankston, our board, volunteers and clients, I thank you, management, staff and students for your very generous contribution towards our annual Christmas appeal. The tremendous effort SAI went to in sourcing and packaging 27 Christmas hampers for some of our community’s most vulnerable residents meant a great deal to our organisation and most importantly the people who received them.
