All-inclusive pricing with less upfront fees – adding up to more hours of service under Support at Home for most people!
About Support at Home fees & charges
Care management fees capped at 10%
Support at Home caps care management fees at no more than 10% of your total quarterly funding package.
What it covers: Care management fees pay for your provider to develop your care plan, help manage your budget, coordinate your services and conduct regular check ins and reviews in case your funding requirements & needs change.
No package management fee
Support at Home has now removed upfront package management fees, which were previously as much as 15% of your total funding package.
What's new: Clients will no longer have to pay this charge, which frees up more funding for direct care services. Instead, any admin & compliance costs are only charged on services you use, under the new all-inclusive hourly service costs.
All inclusive hourly rates
All home care providers must now provide you with an all-inclusive hourly rate, with all associated fees & charges of service delviery included.
What it covers: Your fees cover the cost of service provision as well as all admin & government regulatory requirements. This user-pays system means you’ll only pay for invoice claims & admin on the services you use.

Support worker award wages
At Homewell, we ensure all our support workers are paid according to the industry SCHADS Award, so that they receive fair pay for the amazing work they do each day in the community.

Our quality assurance, financial services and privacy & security protocols meet the highest standards, so our people and clients can be assured they are protected and can enjoy service excellence in everything we do.
Superannuation & benefits
Our staff enjoy fair and appropriate levels of annual, personal & sick leave and we meet all of our obligations in contributing to their future through relevant superanuations contributions.
Travel time & mileage
We pay our team for the time it takes to travel between our clients' homes and cover their mileage costs, ensuring they are fully reimbursed for travel expenses.
Training, meetings & breaks
We invest in our people to ensure your service quality through training & upskilling programs. We also engage our team to attend relevant meetings to improve team connection and client servicing. Break times are a given!
